After 30 years of navigating corporate life, I’ve learned that the most meaningful changes happen when we feel supported and understood. I’ve brought that knowledge into my coaching, where I partner with individuals in their transformational journey. The word “Simukai” comes from the Shona language and means “rise up.” It is a name that carries deep meaning for me, and it reflects the essence of the work I do: helping professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs rise above challenges, reconnect with their strengths, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
