Simukai provides coaching services including career coaching, business coaching, leadership development, and team coaching. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric treatment, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice. Simukai does not guarantee any specific result, promotion, business outcome, or financial outcome, as progress depends on many factors, including your own participation, decisions, and circumstances.

Introductory calls and coaching sessions may be booked through the website or through a third-party scheduling platform. Fees for paid services will be communicated before confirmation of the engagement. Payment is due in accordance with the pricing and payment terms for the relevant session.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, we ask that you provide reasonable notice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited or charged in full. Refunds, if any, will be considered in accordance with the nature of the service purchased, the extent of services already provided, and any specific written agreement in place.

You remain responsible for the decisions you make before, during, and after coaching. We treat information shared in the course of a coaching engagement with care and confidentiality, subject to legal and ethical limits, including where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.

Any personal information processed through the website or in the course of providing services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Statement and applicable law. By submitting forms or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically for purposes related to your enquiry, booking, service engagement, administration, and notices relating to these terms.
